About us

Building business since 1985, the founder, Pierre Le Grange started this company which purely focussed on finances, taxes and Chartered Accounting Services, helping small business attain financing to grow their businesses in and around South Africa. It has since expanded into training and development, coaching business owners in business  and people management. The latest member, Inge Madden brings with her a wealth of global experience and knowledge and a passion to grow business and develop people. Their aim is to build the African economy through it’s most valuable resources, it’s people and entrepreneurship.

The Sabiz Team

CPA (Certified Public Accountant) & Tax Technician

With vast experience in the audit, financial management and tax space, Inge started her career in New York as an auditor at Ernst & Young, co-ordinating $250 million multi-national audits and teams. As a qualified CPA and tax practitioner, she moved back to her home country (South Africa) to take on the fast paced private equity space (acquisitions and mergers, listings on the JSE,  and financial analysis.

She took a break from accounting and corporate to travel through South America for 6 months, finding her passion for people and new adventures.

Upon her return to SA, she obtained her HR Management Diploma and Coaching with a strong desire to enact real change in business and people development.

In December 2020 she took up the role as director in Johannesburg and Cape Town at Sabiz & Consulting, which brought the unique challenge and opportunity to help SMME’s stay on track and deal with technical accounting and tax issues with SARS.

She brings with her the unique ability to think big picture (strategy) as well as effecting real change and progress.

Bookkeeper

Sam has been a part of the Sabiz Team since 2007, starting off as an office administrator and personal assistance and in 2013 she qualified as a Junior Bookkeeper and switched roles to gain further business experience and client exposure.

She is proficient in the following areas:

VAT, Reconciliations, Xero Accounting and Transactions, managing debtors and creditors on behalf of clients, filing tax returns and mastering SARS E-filing system, payroll services and Company Secretarial work.
